We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Student Affairs Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing student affairs and non-academic activities on campus, ensuring that all events are properly managed and executed.

Below are the key responsibilities:
- Scheduling Management: The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing semester and annual schedules of non-academic activities in coordination with relevant departments.
- Event Supervision: They will supervise campus events and co-curricular activities to ensure their proper conduct and execution.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining records and tracking students' non-academic profiles will be another crucial responsibility of this position.
- Fund Coordination: Coordinating funds and requirements for SSC activities is essential for the success of this role.
- Communication: Processing correspondence regarding SSC matters through the Director of Campus is also a significant task.
- Liaison Role: Liaising with BU Alumni for social and official events will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Promotional Materials: Preparing advertisements and promotional materials for events is a key part of this role.
- Website Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the SSC website and social media pages is crucial for effective communication with students and stakeholders.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring implementation of university policies related to non-academic events is vital for maintaining a positive campus environment.
- Progress Reporting: Compiling monthly progress reports and submitting them to the Directorate of Student Affairs is a critical task.
- Policy Development: Drafting policies and guidelines for all functions managed by SSC requires strong analytical and writing skills.
