Finance Implementation Expert

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of D365 Finance solutions with a strong focus on finance processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial procedures to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement SCM modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analysis and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead complex ERP implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Deliver exceptional post-go-live support and training to users, enhancing their experience and productivity.
  • Provide expert project scoping, estimation, and documentation, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically AWMS and Landed Cost, is crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into actionable D365 configurations is vital for delivering effective solutions.
  • A minimum of three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project, demonstrates expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to drive project success and build trust.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment is essential for achieving high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology is highly beneficial, as is relevant Microsoft certification.
  • An ACCA, CA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation is necessary to apply for this role.
