Dynamics 365 Finance Project Lead
We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementations. This role demands a deep understanding of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, promoting open communication and successful project delivery.
- Leverage your technical expertise to implement SCM/Finance/Project modules in Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate configuration and optimal performance.
- Ensure seamless integration between different systems and processes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, guaranteeing high-quality results.
- Deliver post-go-live support and training to users, empowering them to maximize their use of the system.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance project delivery, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM/Finance/Project modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one implementation in a grocery business industry, showcasing your adaptability and ability to navigate diverse environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines to deliver results on time, balancing competing demands and pressures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology, leveraging its structured approach to drive project success.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, showcasing your academic achievements and dedication to excellence.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation, highlighting your depth of knowledge and hands-on experience.
