Software Engineer With WPF And MVVM Experience

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to work on WCF and WPF-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical specifications in collaboration with the tech lead.
  • Work closely with .NET development teams to identify and solve issues.
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Integration teams to validate system and application implementation.

The successful candidate will interact with project management, other engineering teams, and stakeholders as needed.

Technical Requirements:
  • XAML development skills with expertise in template and resource manager structure.
  • MVVM development with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and mocks.
  • Familiarity with .NET frameworks such as Silverlight, LINQ, WCF, WPF, and Workflow Foundation.
  • Experience with xUnit frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IIS and ASP.NET (AppFabric and ADFS are a plus).
  • Asynchronous programming models, particularly with WCF and Silverlight or AJAX.
  • Security configuration and/or development including X.509 Certificates, Kerberos, or Windows Identity Foundation (WIF).
  • Exposure to Rich Internet Application (RIA) services.
  • Familiarity with Expression Blend and collaboration with user experience designers.
  • Exploration of Windows Azure is a major plus.
