Job Description

As a skilled data analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets to support business operations. You will develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and performance tracking. Additionally, you will identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and participate in opportunity qualification meetings to review documentation and set up collaboration tools.
  • Work with stakeholders and leaders to capture key actions and follow up for closure.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Communicate data and insights effectively to stakeholders through report and dashboard creation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, data analytics, or business administration.
  • Certifications in relevant data analysis software or techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for data management and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
  • Experience with SharePoint for content management and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
