Job Description

The role of Strategic Workforce Planner and Data Analyst is a pivotal one in driving organizational growth through data-driven workforce strategies.

As the leader of people analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced workforce planning initiatives to optimize talent decisions. Your expertise in predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in HR will enable you to provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in data analytics, workforce planning, and strategic HR.
  • Strong understanding of predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in HR.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R/Python preferred).
