To support our mission of delivering high-quality AI services that revolutionize how American transportation authorities manage and maintain U.S. road infrastructure, Transconomy is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Infrastructure Data Analyst with specialized expertise in pavement condition analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure-related data analysis, with a particular focus on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) methodology in accordance with ASTM D6433. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing PCI solutions is desirable, along with the ability to mentor junior analysts and lead project teams. Proficiency in tools such as GIS, PAVER, and AI-driven analytics platforms, combined with a talent for data visualization and deriving strategic insights from complex datasets, is highly valued. What you'll be doing:

• Demonstrate a strong passion for innovation and excellence in designing and developing advanced technological solutions and asset management strategies for the transportation and infrastructure sector.
• Lead the data annotations program, overseeing a team of over 30 infrastructure data annotators.
• Responsible for quality assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in the development of AI-based PCI procedures including identification of distresses, extents, and severities.
• Manage the integration of pavement condition data with enterprise-level transportation systems, ensuring seamless interoperability with GIS and asset management platforms.
• Work with the Service Delivery Team and a team in the US to deliver the PCI solution to the marketplace.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts in PCI processes, survey technologies, and data interpretation, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive strategic initiative planning, including deliverables, prioritization, and execution.
• Define program objectives and key results (OKRs) and take ownership of their execution, productivity, efficiency, and reliability metrics.
• Manage workforce planning and implement effective workforce management strategies.
• Collaborate with AI/Technical teams, ensuring the capture, prioritization, and timely delivery of all requirements to support model development and updates.
• Effectively communicate the status of the organization, projects, and features to executive stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and beyond.

What you'll bring along:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3+ years of experience in the field of engineering or technology related products.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are a must so that the person can take decisions on the spot, and resolve conflicts immediately.
• Expertise in programming (i.e., Python) is desirable.
• Having a firm technical mindset with great problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Ability to present ideas and make existing processes more efficient.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Pleasant and presentable personality, with ability to motivate the team and getting the job done.
