The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role involves bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain top talent
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
- Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analysis
- Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and technology platforms
- Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
