About the Role
  • We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Technical Project Manager to lead high-priority tasks, drive project success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans in-line with product roadmaps and release deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  2. Create and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Establish timelines, track release cycles, and coordinate with development teams, QA, and DevOps, ensuring seamless integration and issue resolution.
  4. Promote innovation by engaging with senior leadership on new feature ideas, aligning them with company vision and customer feedback.
  5. Analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance skill sets and optimize productivity.
  6. Support hiring efforts and coordinate interviews for product development and engineering teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  7. Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.
  • Strong understanding of software development timelines and releases, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate multiple project tasks across various cross-functional teams, with fluency in English and strong vocabulary required (oral and written).
