Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software applications, utilizing cloud-native technologies and microservices architectures.
  • Leverage automation and continuous delivery methods to streamline software development and deployment processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve overall software engineering practices.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and solve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all software systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and microservices.
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale software applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their services related to microservices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in designing and developing artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous deployment.
  • Prior experience in leading or participating in code reviews, ensuring high-quality software development practices.
