We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to assist in developing proposal outlines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements, including content, formatting, length, layout, etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals, organizing documents and updates as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards, ensuring readability and consistency.
  • Edit text to ensure error-free and uniform tone, review RFPs to develop proposal plans and kickoff materials.
  • Write, edit, compile, and organize information from various sources to generate cohesive proposals, including cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Update spreadsheets of all bids on a weekly basis, adding new bids and results as necessary.
  • Compose bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters, while monitoring changes to solicitations and adjusting work accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter able to drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, handle multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Willingsness and ability to learn and grow is essential.
