Service Delivery Expert

Shumaila's London is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Expert to oversee the smooth delivery of services to clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring high-quality services, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The selected candidate will have at least 10 years of field experience, a bachelor's degree or higher in management, and fluency in English. They must also possess team lead experience and have a strong background in technical skills.

This role involves managing expectations, reporting to the management team, and liaising with staff members at all levels of hierarchy. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Lead marketing teams and oversee social media.
  • Lead operations teams and ensure smooth running of services.
  • Lead technical service providers and ensure their knowledge and performance are up to scratch.
  • Oversee accountancy and liaise with the accountant as needed.
