Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Operations:

    • Review and process payroll data, including employee information, salary adjustments, and deductions.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and LWF.
    • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities within deadlines.
  • Employee Support:
    • Address employee queries and concerns regarding payroll-related issues.
    • Provide timely and clear responses to employee inquiries.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately input payroll data into the system.
    • Update payroll-related data in software systems.
  • Auditing and Reporting:
    • Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Generate reports as needed.
