Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our software development projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in project management within a software team, with a strong background in Agile development methodologies and experience working with US-based software projects.

About the Role

This position requires a strong background in project management, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope, while managing project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, using tools such as MS Project and Gantt charts.
  • Analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in software project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Gantt charts, and MS Visio.
