As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading technical sales engagements and providing consultative solution selling to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical Sales Engagements: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Analyze customer needs and translate them into effective solutions that meet their unique requirements
  • Tech Support: Provide top-notch technical support both on-site and remotely to ensure optimal customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or a closely related discipline
  2. Experience in the HVAC-R industry is essential
  3. Strong background in technical sales and customer-facing support
  4. Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with confidence, articulation, and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Sales Strategy and Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with product managers to align service offerings with evolving market demands

Service Delivery:

  • Design and present compelling presentations for client meetings and product pitches
  • Maintain organized documentation of sales activities, service logs, and client interactions

Problem-Solving and Collaboration:

  • Develop strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer challenges
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences
