Job Title: Technical Sales Representative – Solar Energy

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Representative to drive the growth of our solar energy products and solutions. This role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise and requires close coordination with engineering and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide clients with expert advice on solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and other related components.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.


• Conduct site assessments and gather client requirements.


• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.


• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.


• Understand and explain technical specifications, product performance, and system design.


• Collaborate with engineers/ designers to develop optimized solutions based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in technical sales, preferably in solar PV or renewable energy.

Skills:


• Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical design, and energy storage solutions.


• Familiarity with design tools like PVsyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD is a plus.


• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and closing deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
