Key Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that adheres to Good Distribution Practices.
  • Ensure at least 1-2 years of experience in the role of Pharmacist is possessed by the candidate.
  • Conduct regular self-inspections and training sessions focused on warehouse operations.
    • Verify that medical products and supplies are stored appropriately according to standard warehouse operating documents and procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain the ideal temperature levels in the warehouse through daily checks.
    • Guarantee quality, delivery, and environmental objectives are met within the organization.
    • Produce reports and statistics as necessary for informed decision-making.
    • Ensure timely completion of store activities against receipt, storage of materials as per established plans.
    • Ensure safety and security of materials within the warehouse.
    • Effectively manage stock and store it properly.
