Job Description

  1. Oversee the inventory flow within multiple warehouses, including incoming, returns, disposals, transfers, etc., city-wise.
  2. Perform routine inventory audits to ensure records in the warehouse management systems are accurate.
  3. Timely escalate inventory discrepancies in the warehouse management systems and liaise closely with security staff of each warehouse.
  4. Generate daily/weekly reports to monitor critical inventory areas and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Review KPIs regularly and perform control and quality analysis on processes impacting inventory integrity.
  6. Establish inventory management processes and conduct inventory control procedures (e.g., cycle counts).
  7. Ensure adherence to warehouse process paths across all shifts and departments, including monitoring CCTV footage to identify gaps.
  8. Measure quality and inventory accuracy, providing feedback to warehouse managers for quality assurance.
  9. Review customer complaints and defect data, developing action plans to reduce future issues.
  10. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
  11. Continuously challenge current processes, identify loopholes, and propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Deep knowledge of operations and supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with quality operational metrics.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
