Product Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Strategist to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.

About Unduit

Located in Chicago, we are on a mission to transform the ITAD industry through our proprietary app-based platform. Our platform allows enterprises to build custom programs by utilizing relevant apps and integrations into existing technology platforms to 1) drive a dramatic reduction in the cost of ownership of assets, 2) enhance device-level security through a chain of custody, and 3) enhance productivity and collaboration across IT teams on a global level for asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and direction to development teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of product goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and releases.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create collateral, presentations, and campaigns to promote the product.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established goals.
  • Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications related to the product.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in product management for software applications or digital products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Experience with project management and product development tools (e.g., Asana, Git, etc.).
