Key Engineering Manager Role
A highly motivated and hands-on technical engineering manager is required to support engineers and drive an engineering culture to build. This person will be responsible for facilitating career development, aligning engineers' work to their goals and company objectives, and providing coaching so people can grow.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing complex technical projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with technical leads and contributing to the overall architecture, design, and development of AI/ML projects.
  • Working with cross-functional teams in infrastructure, operations, and systems engineering to design innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Managing software project schedules to meet and communicate timelines in a rapidly changing industry.
  • Developing processes and tools to improve team performance and quality-of-life.
  • Fostering transparent, constructive communication between team members.

Requirements:
  • Strong interest and experience in development platforms, AI/ML, CI/CD, infrastructure or making products for technical teams.
  • Experience with system, API, infrastructure design using cloud concepts such as storage volumes, private networks, load balancers, virtual machines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment building and scaling internal platforms using languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Able to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short-term and long-term needs.
  • Experience shipping products at scale and on-time, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience managing and delivering projects throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
