The Role

  • Generating purchase orders for capital projects is a critical function in Hungry Jacks Development.

Information to create the purchase orders comes from a standard template generated from various officers from the development team in Australia.

Purchase orders must accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template and be issued in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays.

They must be raised using standard software (Oracle) provided by Hungry Jacks.

The anticipated workload involves 80 projects per annum with typically 20 purchase orders per project.

The Project Procurement & PO Specialist will produce and issue purchase orders based on instructions from the development team.

Key duties and responsibilities include generating purchase orders, ensuring they accurately reflect the information provided, issuing them in a timely fashion, and raising them using Oracle software.

Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and organizational abilities are required.

Computer literacy and autonomy in performing duties are also essential.

A key relationship exists with the Hungry Jacks Property Administrator based in Australia.
