We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the recruitment and induction process, meeting the needs of quality and numbers in a timely manner. You will recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions, develop strategies for deploying effective media to attract ideal candidates through online job portals and advertisements. You will also coordinate and administer employer branding activities, such as recruitment seminars and building industry-academia relationships.

Requirements
  • MBA/MPA with HRM specialization
  • Fresh graduate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and reliably

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a stipend of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop their skills and expertise in the field of talent acquisition.
