Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven and skilled Acquisition Specialist to propel our business forward. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage with, and secure new clients through strategic outreach on Upwork and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Utilize Upwork and LinkedIn platforms to target potential clients and foster effective connections.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling and customized proposals to secure new projects and clients on Upwork.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on client acquisition activities, project progress, and key metrics to the management team.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as an Acquisition Specialist, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn platforms, including proficiency in navigating their features and functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and engage with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the [industry/field] industry is preferred but not required.
