Job Overview

Abdullah Yunas Communication Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of CCTV and Video Security Solutions seeking talented Marketing Sales Executives to lead the charge in high-end security markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth through the establishment of new customer relationships and the expansion of existing ones.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Director and Sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  3. Design and implement results-oriented sales plans, ensuring timely execution and achievement of targets.
  4. Conduct comprehensive product trainings to ensure customers are equipped to maximize the value of our solutions.
  5. Support the Marketing Department in planning and executing security/surveillance trade shows and booth organization, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
  6. Deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports, providing insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the physical security industry (video surveillance or access control).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen.
  • Goal-oriented and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on customer commitments, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player, adapting to changing market conditions and sales priorities.
