Job Title:

Clinical Lead - Correctional Health Services

About the Role:

The Clinical Lead for Correctional Health Services will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of client care activities within correctional facilities. This role serves as a vital link between organisational vision and daily operations to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide supervision and leadership to nursing staff
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve health outcomes and reduce recidivism rates
  • Foster excellent relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Requirements:
  • A recognised Degree / Diploma in Nursing
  • A recognised Advanced Diploma or its equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma in the specialty area
  • Valid BCLS + AED Certification
  • Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
  • Preferably 7 years of experience in an acute care or correctional health setting and at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
  • Good knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
Working Arrangements:
  • This is a regular office hour position
