Project Director for Highway Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our highway operations team.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the performance of section supervisors, guiding and coordinating the assembly, delivery, training, and warranty service of equipment with end-users.
  • Control and monitor operation of machines, maintenance, and repair procedures, as well as parts stock position.
  • Maintain good business relations and networking with principals/suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure timely payments from end-users and recruit the right resources to increase productivity.
  • Foster frequent trainings for machine operators, supervisors, and technicians to effectively use and maintain machines according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Use effective tools to motivate teams to deliver high-level performance.
  • Makes suggestions for improving service and parts availability to meet customer needs and deadlines while minimizing machine downtime.
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of customer service procedures, policies, and standards as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age Group: 40-50 years
  • Education: Engineering Graduate/B.Tech./Automotive Engineering Qualifications
  • Experience: 15-20 years experience in similar function
  • In-depth understanding of service aspects of heavy equipment, inventory controls, stocking levels, seasonal inventory, and costs of operation and maintenance
