Lead SEO StrategistWe are looking for a seasoned SEO professional to drive our search engine optimization efforts. As a Lead SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase our online presence and drive quality traffic to our platform.About the RoleThis is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with our content, dev, and outreach teams to ensure seamless execution of our SEO strategy.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Lead the on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in our branding, messaging, and overall user experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize our website architecture, internal linking, and site speed for improved crawlability and user experience.
  • Analyze and report on SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions, to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
  • Hands-on experience managing both on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including content creation, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Deep understanding of semantic SEO, topical authority models, E-E-A-T frameworks, and Google Quality Rater Guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO tools, or advanced SEO courses.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing, structured data, and content scoring tools.
