Job Title: E-commerce Brand Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling Amazon private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and improve profitability across our Amazon brands.
  2. Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, utilising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  3. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data to identify trends and actionable insights, monitoring KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates.
  4. Listing Optimisation & Conversion Excellence: Oversee listing optimisation, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content, maintaining high standards.
  5. Inventory and Product Development: Work with the team to forecast demand and manage stock levels across marketplaces, identifying emerging product trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven track record in scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including campaign structures, bid optimisation, and keyword targeting.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
