Job Title: Academic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to manage the smooth functioning of academic programs, student support, and admissions. This role involves coordinating online and offline classes, maintaining accurate student records, overseeing student performance, collecting feedback, and guiding prospective students through the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage class schedules, trainer coordination & module delivery.
  • Maintain student attendance, discipline, and assessment processes.
  • Collect feedback, monitor quality, and report to management.
  • Organize classes, workshops, and events.
  • Handle inquiries, guide applicants, and process admissions.
  • Respond promptly to all student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.
  • Provide accurate counseling about course details, eligibility, and career outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the admission process.
  • Coordinate with operations and academics teams for onboarding and scheduling.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs.
  • Maintain admission records and follow up with students.
  • Participate in outreach campaigns and student counseling sessions.
  • Assist in preparing training slides, documents & mock exams.
  • Communicate with students, collect feedback, and support trainers.
  • Coordinate online/offline classes and manage student complaints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any Medical field preferably BS MIT, MLT, Nursing, DPT or any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.
  • Prior experience of 2 years in academic coordination, admissions, or student support is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: Competitive Package + Incentives / Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
