Position: Academic/Admission Coordinator

Cardiff Med Institute is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Academic & Admissions coordinator to manage the smooth functioning of academic programs, student support, and the admissions process. This role involves coordinating & managing online and offline classes, maintaining accurate student records, overseeing student performance, collecting feedback, and guiding prospective students through the admissions journey.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage class schedules, trainer coordination & module delivery.

· Maintain student attendance, discipline, and assessment processes.

· Collect feedback, monitor quality, and report to Project manager/principal

· Organize classes, Medical workshops, and events.

· Handle inquiries, guide applicants, and process admissions.

· Respond promptly to all student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.

· Provide accurate counseling about course details, eligibility, and career outcomes.

· Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the admission process.

· Coordinate with operations and academics teams for onboarding and scheduling.

· Participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs.

· Maintain admission records and follow up with students.

· Participate in outreach campaigns and student counseling sessions.

· Assist in preparing training slides, documents & mock exams.

· Communicate with students, collect feedback, and support trainers.

· Coordinate online/offline classes and manage student complaints.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any Medical field preferably BS MIT, MLT, Nursing, DPT or any relevant field).

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.

· Prior experience of 2 years in academic coordination, admissions, or student support is highly preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 PKR + Incentives / Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
