Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly, handle phone calls, and address inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and ensure punctuality.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Provide clear and courteous communication to patients.
  • Manage records and perform daily cash deposits as required.
  • Collect payments accurately and on time through various methods.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with current and past patients.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to maintain accurate patient information.
  • Generate reports on stock transactions and cash sales, as well as new patient files.
  • Coordinate scheduling for patients, therapists, and doctors.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic or similar environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  4. Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
  5. Proficient with computer software and electronic health records
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
