We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager to lead implementation, support, and optimization of finance systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and strong project management skills to deliver scalable finance solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management), overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely, in-scope, and quality delivery.
  • Manage Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating testing and deployment.
  • Drive implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities, gathering requirements, designing architecture, and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements or custom solutions to improve processes.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users; ensure effective post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to promote adoption and meet business objectives.
  • Lead project governance meetings including SteerCo, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Oversee development and deployment of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Validate system design, configurations, and manage data import/load processes.
