About The Role

We are hiring for a Dubai-based client. Looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional to join our IT Product Factory Team as an EPM Suite Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, experience in agile environments, and a desire to contribute to innovative software solutions in Engineering, Consulting, Operations, and Project Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules (TRCS, EPM, PBCS, FCCS).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax reporting, and financial consolidation.
  • Assist in system configuration, maintenance, optimization, and user training.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve support requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of support efforts, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address bugs, enhancements, and escalated issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements and best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years supporting Oracle EPBCS Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of EPBCS, TRCS, PBCS, FCCS, and EPM modules.
  • Client-facing support experience with effective communication skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end EPBCS or EPM implementation is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations.
  • Experience in support and system tuning.
