Global HR Manager

Seeking a seasoned Global HR Manager to lead our human resource functions, focusing on technical recruitment, employee engagement, and international client coordination.

  • Tech Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
      • Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
        • Use advanced platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and global hiring networks to find highly skilled professionals.
          • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and prioritize hiring goals.
            • Implement structured interviewing techniques and evaluation frameworks to assess candidates.
              • Promote employer branding initiatives to establish a strong company presence in the global talent market.
              • International Client Coordination & Global Workforce Management:
                • Act as the primary HR liaison between our organization and international clients, facilitating smooth communication and cooperation.
                  • Support the HR needs of remote teams and employees working with global clients.
                    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with international labor laws, work policies, and remote work regulations.
                      • Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and workforce planning.
                      • Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
                        • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture across all teams, both onsite and remote.
                          • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition strategies to boost morale.
                            • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
                              • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement actionable improvements.
                              • Performance Management & Training:
                                • Create and oversee performance evaluation frameworks to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.
                                  • Offer coaching, mentorship, and leadership training to support employee career growth and development.
                                    • Identify skills gaps and develop customized training programs for technical and non-technical employees.
                                      • Establish succession planning strategies to guarantee long-term organizational success.
                                      • HR Policies, Compliance & Workforce Planning:
                                        • Develop and update HR policies aligned with local and international labor laws.
                                          • Guarantee that our organization complies with employment regulations, workplace standards, and ethical guidelines.
                                            • Collaborate with financial teams to manage HR budgets and resource planning for global teams.
                                              • Analyze and maintain HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Profound knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance (local & international).
    • Experience in managing international clients, cross-border HR operations, and global talent acquisition.
      • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, and employee engagement tools.
        • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and remote employees.
            • Practical experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
              • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
    • Experience in the IT industry or technical hiring for international clients.
      • Deep understanding of cross-cultural workforce management and global HR compliance.
        • Ability to drive culture-building initiatives and enhance employer branding internationally.

Education:

Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in HR, technical recruitment, and international client coordination.
