We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource functions, with a strong focus on technical recruitment, employee engagement, and international client coordination. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talent locally and internationally.
    • Manage the full hiring cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
      • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and global hiring networks to source highly skilled professionals.
        • Collaborate with department heads and international clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
          • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with structured interviewing techniques and evaluation frameworks.
            • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the global talent market.

International Client Coordination & Global Workforce Management:

  • Act as a key HR liaison between the company and international clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Support HR needs for remote teams and employees working with global clients.
      • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, work policies, and remote work regulations.
        • Assist in negotiations, contract discussions, and workforce planning

Employee Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture across onsite and remote.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition strategies.
      • Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
        • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement actionable improvements.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks to enhance employee productivity.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership training to support career growth.
      • Identify skills gaps and implement training programs tailored for technical and non-technical employees.
        • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure long-term organizational success.

HR Policies, Compliance & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local and international labor laws.
    • Ensure the company adheres to employment regulations, workplace standards, and ethical guidelines.
      • Work with finance teams to manage HR budgets and resource planning for global teams.
        • Maintain and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance (local & international).
    • Experience in handling international clients, cross-border HR operations, and global talent acquisition.
      • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, and employee engagement tools.
        • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural teams and remote employees.
            • Hands-on experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
              • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
    • Experience in the IT industry or technical hiring for international clients.
      • Strong understanding of cross-cultural workforce management and global HR compliance.
        • Ability to drive culture-building initiatives and enhance employer branding internationally.

Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR, technical recruitment, and international client coordination.
