As a Strategic Manager you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives in influencer marketing and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand goals, target audience, and brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a strategic plan including long-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated influencer marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree ideally in business, marketing, economics, or computer science with 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, in-house strategy at a tech company or media agency.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in data analysis and problem solving.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry dynamics with a proven track record of successfully crafting and executing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships.
  • Superior time management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing scope and evolving business requirements.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and campaign performance measurement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and client needs.
