Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee manufacturing operations during their shift or on specific production lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost targets are met.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-shift production & dispatches in the SAP system, writing shift-wise production reports, marking attendance of workers, controlling product losses, ensuring operators provide accurate information on log sheets, keeping different grades of the product separate, monitoring and maintaining process equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the section, and prioritizing safety of products, equipment, and workers during shifts.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, preferably 1 year of experience.
  • Good manufacturing literacy.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
  2. Maintain accurate records of production data and ensure timely reporting.
  3. Implement quality control measures to minimize product losses.
  4. Safeguard equipment and personnel by adhering to safety protocols.
