
Assistant Coordinator

This is a dynamic and growth-oriented role as an Assistant located in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to project managers, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in project scheduling and coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, attention to detail and accuracy in work, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to project managers
- Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors
- Maintaining project documentation
- Assisting in project scheduling and coordination
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A strong passion for learning and growing within a dynamic organization is essential.
