We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Healthcare Worker in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and entry under the supervision of a Field Supervisor.
  • Crafting patient profiles for all participants at the camp site.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and rectifying participant details such as contact information and addresses recorded in screening forms.
  • Ensuring timely data entry for participants receiving X-ray services.
  • Recording CXR scores in mobile applications and paper-based screening forms.
  • Bridging the gap between local communities and healthcare services, establishing trust, capturing contextual data, providing health education, and mobilization.
  • Performing field-related tasks and supporting team members when required.
  • Participating in performance improvement and continuous quality enhancement activities.
  • Attending regular staff meetings and in-services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki, and Urdu languages.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the field.
  • Basic data entry skills and proficiency in mobile applications.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, good listener, independent thinker, proactive, and inclusive planner.
