Job Description

Our organization is seeking a diligent Healthcare Worker to provide assistance in Mirpur Khas Division, Pakistan.

  • Accurate data entry and management under the guidance of a Field Supervisor.
  • Patient card creation and verification for participants at medical camps.
  • Record contact information and addresses on screening forms with error rectification as needed.
  • Timely data entry for patients undergoing X-ray procedures.
  • CXR score entry into mobile applications, paper forms, and patient cards.
  • Community engagement and health education promotion to combat TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health.
  • Performing field duties and supporting team members as required.
  • Participating in performance improvement activities.
  • Regular attendance at staff meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Matriculation, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree qualification.
  2. At least one year of relevant work experience.
  3. Basic computer skills.
  4. Self-motivation, adaptability, and readiness to start immediately.
  5. Organizational, problem-solving, and independent thinking skills.
  6. Good listening and accountability skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong communication skills.
  9. Proactivity in identifying gaps and needs.
