Marketing Strategy Director

The ideal candidate will lead our team and drive marketing campaigns for clients.

  • Manage client accounts, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our services align with their needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, utilizing a mix of text marketing, ringless messaging, and email marketing techniques.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to establish and implement marketing vision and strategy.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategy and recommendations.
  • Manages budget and resources to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of stakeholders.
