**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented software professional with expertise in ReactJS or NodeJS to design and develop cutting-edge internet applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable APIs, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with technical leaders to analyze complex feature requests.

  • Design and implement moderately complex software systems requiring research.
  • Cultivate best practices within the web development group.
  • Analyze complex feature requests and suggest implementation strategies.
  • Estimate work time and provide quotes.
  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing on software.
  • Mentor junior engineers and define engineering standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ReactJS/NodeJS with strong emphasis on best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development process and engineering best practices like continuous integration and unit testing.
  • Understanding of performance and security issues when designing web-based applications.
  • Excellent technical judgment and communication skills.
