Executive Assistant to Leadership

As a key member of our leadership support team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Game District. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Briefing and Reporting
Prepare comprehensive briefing documents and reports for our leaders, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
Process OptimizationAnalyze our business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
Representation and CollaborationAct as a representative of Game District in external meetings and events, fostering partnerships and collaborations that drive growth and success.
Liaison and FacilitationServe as a liaison between our leadership team and other departments, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
Leadership and Interpersonal SkillsDevelop and maintain strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build trusted relationships.
Confidentiality and IntegrityMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating unwavering integrity and professionalism.
Responsiveness and OrganizationRespond promptly and accurately to requests and tasks, while maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A bachelor's and master's degree, along with a minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and Reporting SkillsExcellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative documents.
Language ProficiencyMid-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
Project Management CertificationProject Management certification is an asset, but not a requirement for this role.
