Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive engineering excellence, foster collaboration, and mentor top talent within our fast-paced environment.

  • Mentor and guide development teams with a deep understanding of technology stacks, codebases, and industry landscapes.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and promote engineering standards, best practices, and coding excellence across teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to shape the broader technical vision and influence long-term strategies within your stream.

This role requires a strong track record of technical leadership, a proven ability to drive results, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent. The ideal candidate will have experience with open-source technologies, web frameworks, source control, build pipelines, CI/CD, automated testing, and designing scalable systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record.
  • Deep knowledge of open-source technologies like Python, PHP, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, or equivalents.
  • Proficiency in source control, build pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing.
