Lead SQA Engineer

This role involves leading a team of testers to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. Additionally, the lead engineer will provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members and collaborate with development teams to develop and execute testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of testers to achieve project goals.
  2. Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with development teams to develop and execute testing strategies.
  3. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and drive change.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software testing, such as CTFL.
