
Expansion Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing new business opportunities in international markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the immigration/education consultancy industry. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with primary decision-makers and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine operational aspects including acquisition of premises, initial branch setup, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Liaise with primary decision-makers and external stakeholders to ensure organizational processes remain legally compliant.
- Drive growth by enrolling students in Australia, the UK, and other countries as required.
- Engage in providing high-quality education and visa advice.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and universities.
- Oversee day-to-day affairs of the organization and assist with supervision and training of staff.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Provide on-the-ground support for employees as they generate leads.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years experience in an education and visa consulting role.
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate.
- Experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
