Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Manager to join our Finance Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of the resource center's diverse portfolios of staff, reporting to the Managing Director via the EVP Finance & Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management and HR to own the Recruitment, Resources, Retention & Results of the Finance portfolio of staff.
- Elicit and fine-tune divisions' personnel requirements to drive recruitment efforts.
- Work closely with the Manager Finance Services to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position.
- Coordinate with, guide and drive assigned recruiters to help source and attract appropriate candidates.
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Management or similar.
- Experience leading and managing teams directly and indirectly, especially involving ongoing personnel management experiences.
- Experience in recruiting research, hiring, personnel coaching and management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to stay abreast with emerging functional trends, tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
