Job Description:

This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The Speech Language Pathologist will work closely with children who have a variety of speech and language difficulties, creating personalized treatment plans and monitoring progress.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for individual clients
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other caregivers to support client development and integration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in speech therapy and dysphagia
  • Experience with speech and communication disorders
  • Knowledge of language disorders and associated interventions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
