Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our project management team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting project management standards, managing various projects and teams, resource planning, task planning, client meetings, and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Agile/SCRUM and other project management software development processes. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, preparing proposals, processes, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals, and audio/video training sessions.

Your role will involve coordinating meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors to discuss current projects, new projects, or organizational initiatives. You will also be responsible for making important planning and strategy decisions, reporting and escalating concerns or issues to management as needed.

A key responsibility of the role is to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will also be responsible for developing a detailed project plan to track progress, providing regular reports to management and senior leadership on program progress and the success of candidates.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, excellent time management and scheduling skills, familiarity with project management methodologies, and the ability to work in a team environment and achieve results.
