Job Opportunity: Performance Planning Lead

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join our organization as a Performance Planning Manager. This critical role plays a key part in enabling the business teams to enhance decision-making, financial planning, and performance management across markets.

This leadership position reports directly to the Head of Business Finance and works closely with the C-suite. As a Performance Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance tracking, financial planning, and strategic reporting. Your work will ensure that business units at the country level operate efficiently and remain aligned with company goals. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team, driving impactful insights and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business/financial models on ad hoc requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly & monthly budgets (topline & bottom-line).
  • Create quarterly & monthly KPI targets.
  • Outline gaps vs targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps.
  • Create cadence between Business teams & leadership to improve progress (weekly performance call, month-end retro call etc.).
  • Partner with Business teams to make key decisions.
  • Create visibility of L0, L1 & L2 KPIs at the right frequency for Business teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 & L2 KPIs proactively.
  • Lead and develop a team of strategy/planning & performance analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Finance/Strategy/Planning roles.
  • Team Management experience is essential.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint & Data visualization software.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
